2. What this site is
Old Town Atlas publishes editorial, photographic, and reference information about small historic towns. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we don’t guarantee it is. Hours change, restaurants close, historic districts get redrawn. Use the site as a starting point, not a contract.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: scrape the site in volume; copy editorial content for republication without permission; or use the site in any way that interferes with its operation.
4. Third-party links and content
The site links to third-party places (Google Maps, town websites, etc.) and may include affiliate links to lodging or travel services. We have no control over third-party sites and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies. When affiliate links are present, we may earn a small commission at no cost to you.
Photos shown on the site may be sourced from Wikimedia Commons, Unsplash, or uploaded directly. Credit is provided where required by license. If you believe a photo is being used in error, contact us.
5. Email subscriptions
If you sign up for emails, we send occasional dispatches about new towns and trip ideas. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
6. No warranties
The site is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular trip. Plan accordingly.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wonder City Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
